Your Best Bracelets for Fall and Winter
It’s fun to change up your wardrobe and get cozy in cute sweaters, comfy coats and beautiful blazers that show off your sense of fall fashion. But just because you’re covering up, doesn’t mean you can’t still dress up a little with bracelets that will surely get you noticed.
One of the things that’s important to remember is that when you are choosing bracelets for cool weather, you’re going to want them to hold their own against heavier fabrics like wool. Therefore, keep smaller more delicate bracelets like thin wire bangles and tennis bracelets stored away for warmer weather. Instead, stylishly step out in this season’s hottest trends:
Bangles – Thick bangle bracelets are still in. Wear yours in earth tones like brown and off-white to compliment many selections from your wardrobe. Or, add a couple bracelets in look-at-me colors to spice up a fall favorite. If you’re looking for something a little bit different, seek out bangle bracelets that are etched or ribbed. Heavy resin or Lucite bangles bracelets are great and will last you for many seasons to come.
Stretchy – If you’re wearing a close fitting ribbed sweater, try sporting chunky bracelets on your wrist. Add leopard print bracelets to classic pieces for something a little unexpected, or try heavy acrylic in muted colors to go with bright turtlenecks.
Chunky – Charm bracelets are a fashion staple, and this year, it’s all about mega charms on chunky bracelets. Start with a charm bracelet that you already own and look for interesting charms made from rhinestones, lockets or fabric. Or, try ready made charm bracelets that pack a fashionable punch and look great with many different outfits. Charm bracelets also make a great gift for the upcoming holiday season. Buy them for the women in your family or your girlfriends – they are sure to be appreciated for years to come.
